By ordering or using MAXKO Hosting services you agree to these terms.
Prohibited use
- Illegal content or activity, including child sexual abuse material, phishing and fake login pages, malware and botnets.
- DDoS or DoS attacks, network flooding, or taking part in them.
- Scanning or probing networks or IP ranges without the owner's permission.
- Exploiting vulnerabilities in our infrastructure or in third-party systems.
- Hosting or distributing copyrighted content without authorization.
- Sending spam or unsolicited bulk email.
- Sharing account or server credentials publicly.
Your responsibility
- You are responsible for all activity on your service, including activity by anyone you give access to.
- You are responsible for the security of your service and for keeping backups of your data.
Payments and refunds
- Services are prepaid. If an invoice is not paid on time, the service may be suspended and later terminated.
- Refunds follow our Cancellation and Refund Policy. Services terminated for a violation of these terms are not refunded.
Enforcement
A violation, or abuse that affects network stability or other customers, may lead to immediate suspension or termination without notice.
