Cancellation and Refund Policy
All MAXKO Hosting services operate on a pre-paid basis.
Customers may request cancellation of their services at any time.
A refund is available only if the cancellation request is submitted within 3 days of the initial service purchase, in accordance with our money-back guarantee.

Cancellation requests must be submitted by opening a support ticket through the customer control panel or by sending an email to our official contact address.
Requests submitted through informal or unofficial channels may not be processed.
Any promotional credits, bonuses, or incentives granted during sign-up are revoked upon cancellation.
Cancellations submitted after the 3-day refund period, or services terminated due to violations of our Terms of Service (TOS) or Acceptable Use Policy (AUP),
are not eligible for refunds.
Service Activation and Immediate Performance
By purchasing MAXKO Hosting services, you acknowledge that service provisioning begins immediately after payment.
Once a service is activated at the customer's request, the right to a refund may be limited in accordance with applicable regulations for digital services.
Refund Processing
Refunds for eligible payments made via VISA, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, or PayPal are initiated within 48 hours
of receiving a valid refund request.
The actual time required for funds to appear depends on the payment processor and the original payment method.
Payments made via bank wire transfer, Western Union, or cryptocurrency are non-refundable and are not covered by the 3-day money-back guarantee.
Non-Refundable Services
The following services are non-refundable once activated or renewed:
- Service upgrades
- Dedicated servers
- Hosting plan renewals
If non-refundable services were purchased during sign-up, any approved refund will exclude the cost of those services.
In such cases, a partial refund may be issued for eligible components only.
Chargebacks
Chargebacks are strongly discouraged as a method of resolving payment disputes.
Customers are encouraged to contact our support team first so that any issue can be reviewed and resolved efficiently.
By using our services, customers agree to our Terms of Service (TOS) and Acceptable Use Policy (AUP),
which may be used as supporting documentation in the event of a payment dispute or chargeback investigation.
If a chargeback is initiated, the associated service may be temporarily suspended during the investigation to prevent misuse.
If the dispute is resolved in the customer's favor, service access may be restored.
In cases where a chargeback is determined to be fraudulent or unfounded,
MAXKO Hosting reserves the right to dispute the chargeback with the payment processor.
Accounts associated with unresolved fraudulent chargebacks may remain suspended.
